Helping the shoemaker make their own shoes is never an easy task. When a brand consultancy decides to look at itself, the challenge doubles: building from within, with the same depth, honesty, and care it offers others.
Picnic reached that moment. After years of guiding organizations through their growth, it was time to turn their own gaze inward. To revisit their purpose, to find new words for their perspective, and to express the light they help others to see.
What began as an exercise in self-discovery evolved into a complete strategic and creative process: defining a new positioning territory, crafting a visual and verbal identity true to their essence, designing a sonic identity that reflects their warmth and clarity, and creating a brand film that captures the soul of who they are.
